Group Active
Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility, all in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. All fitness levels welcome.

Group Centergy
Redefine your self with Group Centergy.   Explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress, strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility!   All fitness levels welcome.

Group Power
Your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

30 -Minute Cardio
Great for beginners all the way to the advanced, basic classes offer cardiovascular training combinations and transitions that are easy to follow. Each participant can take it to their own level!

Step
A challenging, motivating and fun cardiovascular class utilizing the step. This class is designed to increase endurance and enhance your daily performance. Intermediate to advance participants suggested.

High Impact!
A blast from the past and HIGH intense FUN! Choreographed high and low impact movements that will move you from one end of the room to the other and back again for 50+ minutes! Great for increasing your endurance and challenging your cardiovascular system! Intermediate to advanced participants suggested.

Cardio Blast
The best of everything wrapped into one. During this total body workout instructors utilize a variety of cross training techniques to work through your aerobic zones. A knock-out workout! Intermediate to advanced participants suggested.

Boot Camp Cardio Blast!
80-minute version of Cardio Blast, including 20-minutes of spin!

Cardio Xpress
This workout will give you 30-minutes of cross training cardiovascular exercise! Every class is created with easy to follow moves utilizing a variety of cardiovascular training techniques! Great for those with time constraints – this time efficient workout produces! All levels welcome

Get Shredded
5 minute active dynamic warm up, 20-minutes of sustained cardiovascular training, 15-minutes of sustained strength conditioning primarily utilizing body weight, 10-minutes of ab work followed by cool down and stretching exercises. This workout is total body shredding and fast paced! You will never experience an hour go by faster!! Intermediate to advanced participants please.

Spin
Journey through mountain climbs, rolling hills, flats and sprints for an awesome simulated outdoor ride. Certified instructors create each ride, select music and motivate you through the terrain! All fitness levels welcome.

Group Ride
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. 30 and 60-minute classes geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! All fitness levels welcome.

Boot Camp Step
Kick Butt Cardio combined with upper and lower body strength movements in intervals for a complete workout from top to bottom – inside and out! Intermediate to advanced. 

Yoga
Start your day with classic yoga postures, breathing exercises and active meditation. This class will be slow paced, gentle and a great introduction to basic poses. Hatha in style, students will take advantage of the opportunity to hold poses focusing on proper alignment. Options and modifications will be given making this class adaptable and well suited for all levels. 

                                                                    
The Latin-Inspired, Easy-to-Follow, Calorie-Burning, Feel-it-to-the-Core, FITNESS PARTY!  Ditch the routine and join the party! Latin influenced dance in a 30-minute or 55-minute format. Certified instructors will guide you through each and every movement proving that anybody and everybody can dance! Great for all fitness levels.
